The Reset

The reset was committing fully to players who want professional development.

I’M

BACK WITH PURPOSE

I stepped away from tennis after years of working with players who expected professional outcomes without consistently meeting professional standards. That model doesn’t work.

I’m back to work with players of any age who are serious about development and willing to meet the demands real progress requires. With a clearer model and higher expectations, KAJAE represents a professional development track for tennis players committed to their careers. This is the work I do best.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Training

I work 1:1 with players pursuing a professional standard. Training is individualized and intensive, built around technical development while integrating fitness, nutrition, and genetic considerations.

SYSTEMATIC

Method

My method is built around eliminating deficiencies, amplifying proficiencies, and isolating a player’s core attributes. Each athlete is evaluated against objective metrics that define their position relative to competitors at every stage of development.

STRATEGIC

Objectives

The player trajectory is age-based and progression-driven. Early years focus on skill and movement development. Ages twelve to fourteen emphasize competitive development. Later junior years shift toward career mapping and transition planning.

Data That Counts

Eccentriq is the player management system that supports the work. It gives coaches, parents, and athletes shared visibility into training load, competition planning, physical development, and long-term progression. Decisions are tracked, progress is measured, and development stays aligned across everyone involved.

The Process.

I work with players worldwide, either remotely or in person, depending on the level of involvement required.
PHASE 1.

Consulting

Players and families engage at the planning stage to assess development and define a professional track. The process includes a structured evaluation and a clear blueprint covering training priorities, competitive direction, and long-term progression.

PHASE 2.

Management

Execution matters. Development plans are carried out through assembling the right team, coordinating across disciplines, and maintaining direct oversight. Ongoing evaluation ensures the work is executed to standard.

PHASE 3.

1:1 Coaching

This is direct, one-on-one work with a small, select group of players. Training is fully immersive, specialists are integrated as needed, and full responsibility is taken for long-term progression.

I’m

Kajae

As a Pro Tennis Development Coach, I don’t coach sessions. I build careers. My work is centered on long-term development, clear standards, and systems that prepare players for the realities of high-level tennis. From early juniors to professional pathways, every decision is measured against where the game is going, not where it’s been. The objective is simple. Build players who are prepared, not just talented.

Placement

College placement is about finding the right competitive and academic fit, not forcing outcomes that don’t align with the player.

FOCUS

COLLEGE FIT & PLACEMENT

KAJAE provides college placement support for competitive players preparing for the next stage of their careers. The process begins with an honest evaluation of the athlete’s playing level, development trajectory, and readiness for collegiate competition.

From there, players and families are guided through identifying schools that align with ability, academic priorities, roster needs, and environment. The goal is clarity and fit, not inflated expectations or misaligned placements.

College placement can be pursued as a standalone service or integrated into ongoing development work.
